David Friedman
David E. Friedman is a co-founder and principal of The Oceanview Group, LLC, a real estate development company based in Boca Raton, Florida. Previously, Mr. Friedman was head of strategy and corporate projects of Victory Capital (NASDAQ: VCTR). He was responsible for supporting the chief executive officer and chief administrative officer on a broad array of strategic initiatives. From 2010 to 2018, Mr. Friedman was a partner of TCG Group Holdings, an Austin, Texas-based SEC-registered investment advisor to separately managed institutional and private client accounts. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Friedman served as chief operating officer of Austin Capital Management, where he led the company’s non-investment functions, including all legal, finance, investor relations, technology, and operations teams. Previously, Mr. Friedman was a director on the Global Prime Brokerage desk of Citigroup in New York and an associate at the law firm of Proskauer Rose in its New York headquarters. Mr. Friedman received a bachelor of science in management with honors from the AB Freeman School of Business of Tulane University and a juris doctor degree from the Duke University School of Law. He has been a member of the Bar of the State of New York for over thirty years. 
Mr. Friedman currently serves on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Israel & Overseas Task Force of the Jewish Foundation of South Palm Beach County.
Scott Beberman 
Scott Beberman is a co-founder and principal of The Oceanview Group, LLC, a real estate development company based in Boca Raton, Florida. He specializes in oceanfront condominium development and restoration throughout Boca Raton. Mr. Beberman began his Real Estate career in Manhattan in 2008 while he was studying at the Shack Real Estate Institute at New York University. Prior to moving to Florida, Scott was a Managing Director and Global Head of Research for financial services at the Consulting Firm Solomon Page where he specialized in Hedge Funds and Investment Banks. Prior to Solomon Page, Mr. Beberman was an Equity Trader at Schonfeld Securities in Manhattan.
