David Friedman
David E. Friedman is the co-founder and principal of The Oceanview Group, LLC.
He previously served as Head of Strategy and Corporate Projects at Victory Capital (NASDAQ: VCTR), supporting the CEO and CAO on a wide range of strategic initiatives. From 2010 to 2018, Mr. Friedman was Partner and General Counsel at TCG Group Holdings, an SEC-registered investment advisor in Austin, Texas. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Operating Officer of Austin Capital Management (2006–2010), where he oversaw all non-investment functions, including legal, finance, investor relations, technology, and operations. Before that, he worked as a Director on Citigroup’s Global Prime Brokerage desk in New York and as an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in its New York headquarters.
Mr. Friedman earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with honors from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law. He has been a member of the New York State Bar for more than 35 years.
In addition to his professional career, David is deeply engaged in community and philanthropic leadership. He serves on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Israel & Overseas Task Force of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County; the Board of Directors of American Friends of Neve Hanna, which supports the Neve Hanna Children’s Home in Kiryat Gat, Israel; and the Board of Directors of StandWithUs Southeast.  He is also a member of the Israel Economic Forum.
His past service includes Chair of the Alternative Investments Committee of the Innovate Texas Foundation, membership on the Board of Directors of Genprex, Inc. (NASDAQ: GNPX), and the Board of Governors of Boca Rio Golf Club, where he acted as Tournament Chair for the 2020 and 2022 Gainbridge LPGA Golf Tournaments.
Scott Beberman 
Scott Beberman is a co-founder and principal of The Oceanview Group, LLC, a real estate development company based in Boca Raton, Florida. He specializes in oceanfront condominium development and restoration throughout Boca Raton. Mr. Beberman began his Real Estate career in Manhattan in 2008 while he was studying at the Shack Real Estate Institute at New York University. Prior to moving to Florida, Scott was a Managing Director and Global Head of Research for financial services at the Consulting Firm Solomon Page where he specialized in Hedge Funds and Investment Banks. Prior to Solomon Page, Mr. Beberman was an Equity Trader at Schonfeld Securities in Manhattan.
